Download FaithMatch from the App Store or Google Play, open the app, and follow the onboarding steps. You'll need to provide basic information, photos, and allow location access to find people near you.
You can manage your subscription through your device's settings. On iOS, go to Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions. On Android, go to Google Play Store → Subscriptions. You can also manage your subscription directly within the app in the Premium section.
To cancel, go to your device's subscription settings (iOS Settings or Google Play Store). Your subscription benefits will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
You can delete your account from the app: go to Settings → Delete Account. Your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. You can also request account deletion by contacting us at faithmatch.noreply@gmail.com.
To report a user, open their profile and tap the report button (flag icon). Select the reason for reporting and provide any additional details. Our moderation team will review the report promptly.
If you're experiencing issues with in-app purchases, try restoring your purchases first from the Premium section in the app. If the issue persists, contact us at faithmatch.noreply@gmail.com with your account email and a description of the problem.
If a match or conversation disappears, the other user may have deleted their account or been removed for violating our community guidelines. If you believe this is an error, please contact our support team.
